Our Disclosures

Please review the following important points before becoming a customer:

• We may amend these Terms, alter features or functionality of the Platform, or modify your Membership at any time.
• Your Membership is subject to a minimum term as specified on your dashboard. You can cancel your Membership only at the end of the minimum term, except as provided by applicable law.
• Unless your Membership is suspended or terminated according to these Terms, it will automatically renew indefinitely.
• We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Fees and product charges are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Our liability under these Terms is limited, and we may terminate your Membership under certain conditions.

Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a contract between Great Future Technology Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you" or "your"), collectively referred to as the Parties.

1.2 We provide a subscription-based service for Virtual Business Cards. Our Platform enables individuals and businesses to manage and share their identity profiles, handle contact information, and access physical NFC cards (collectively, "Platform" and "Products").

1.3 In these Terms, "you" refers to the person or entity registered with us as an Account holder or, if you do not have an Account, the person or entity using the Platform.

1.4 If you are using the Platform on behalf of an employer or business entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on their behalf and bind them to these Terms.

Acceptance and Platform License

2.1 By registering on the Platform and/or using it, you accept these Terms.

2.2 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

2.3 We may amend these Terms by providing written notice. Continued use of the Platform after notification or 30 days (whichever is earlier) constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree, you may terminate your Membership as outlined in the "Cancellation of Memberships" section.

2.4 If you access or download our mobile application from the Apple App Store, you agree to the App Store Terms of Service. If you access or download our mobile application from the Google Play Store, you agree to the Google Play Store’s terms and conditions.

2.5 Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide, and non-transferable license to use our Platform. Other uses are prohibited without our prior written consent.

2.6 You must not engage in unlawful or inappropriate activities on the Platform, including breaches of privacy, sending unsolicited messages, tampering with or modifying the Platform, using data mining tools, or facilitating unauthorized access.

Great Future Technology Services

3.1 In exchange for your payment of Fees, we provide access to the Platform, support services, and other agreed-upon services.

3.2 We strive to maintain Platform availability at all times. However, scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

3.4 The Platform may rely on third-party systems ("Third Party Services") for certain features. We do not control these services and are not responsible for interruptions or issues arising from their use. Third Party Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

3.5 We may update or enhance the Platform, including adding or removing features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes affecting your use of the Platform.

Membership and Payment

4.1 To access all features of the Platform, you must subscribe to one of our Membership plans ("Membership").

4.2 Details of available Membership plans and Fees will be provided during registration or through the Platform.

4.3 By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable Fees for your selected plan, which may vary based on duration and additional services.

4.4 Fees are payable in advance and charged automatically to your designated payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

4.5 You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your Membership.

4.6 All Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Cancellation of Memberships

5.1 You may cancel your Membership at any time via your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

5.2 If you cancel before the end of the minimum term, you may incur an early termination fee as specified in the Membership details.

5.3 Upon cancellation, access to the Platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused portions of the billing cycle.

Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 The Platform and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Great Future Technology Private Limited or its licensors. You have no ownership rights in the Platform or its content.

6.2 You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you upload or submit to the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content solely for providing the Platform and related services.

Confidentiality and Privacy

7.1 You may have access to confidential information and personal data while using the Platform. You agree to handle all such information according to our Privacy Policy.

7.2 We will take reasonable measures to protect your personal data and maintain the confidentiality of shared information. However, absolute security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions related to the Platform and its use. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

8.2 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8.3 Our liability for direct damages arising from these Terms and your use of the Platform is limited to the amount of Fees paid by you in the six-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

General Provisions

10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Great Future Technology Private Limited regarding the use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.

10.2 If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

10.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.

10.4 You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

10.5 We may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations to any third party without your consent.

10.6 These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
